Welcome to Occam.fi's Career page. All of our current openings will be posted here with their respective requirements.

We are Occam.fi, the next generation launchpad and DEX designed to supercharge the DeFi and smart contract ecosystem of Cardano. Our solutions aim to seamlessly catalyse both Cardano's idle liquidity, as well as cross-chain sub-optimal allocated liquidity. We accomplish this by allowing Cardano-focused projects with robust proposals to raise funds through our OccamRazer launchpad, and subsequently providing an unparalleled secondary markets trading infrastructure platform.

Our solutions are market-leading and sophisticated, and our team members are passionate about blockchain. We would invite applications from individuals who have exceptional understanding for the underlying technology, as well as fresh ideas, and a dynamic personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is a must. Excellence in time management and a self-starter attitude is required in order to accommodate for the various needs of our community.

Marketing Positions

Key Community Manager

Requirements

  • Be able to elaborate on the Occam product in detail to our supporters;

  • Be able to explain the Occam technical and product roadmap to our supporters;

  • Be able to resolve problems and answer questions that our community has related to the token issuance mechanics and liquidity;

  • Manage the Telegram channel efficiently and effectively through moderation in line with established practices;

  • Communicate with the Occam team on a periodic basis and translate the feedback from the community into operationalizable objectives.

Software Engineering Positions

Back End Developer

Requirements

  • Knowledge of databases and data structures: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis

  • Knowledge of building APIs (Websockets, REST)

  • Languages: Golang, C++

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English

  • Competitive programming is a plus

  • DevOps skills are a plus (e.g. building pipelines with code quality checks, unit tests, API testing, also knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Continuous Deployment (CD) as well as Automatic deployments using AWS)

Smart Contract Developer

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the way the Ethereum blockchain operates (EVM); alternatives (EOS, TRX, etc are a plus)

  • Experience in smart contracts development is a plus

  • Languages: Solidity/C++, JavaScript

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English

  • Competitive programming, awards, outstanding achievements are a plus

Front End Developer

Requirements

  • Languages: JavaScript (Typescript) - React with hooks

  • Solid CSS skills

  • Knowledge of charting libraries: e.g. echarts (preferred), d3, recharts, BizCharts, React Series

  • Ability to work with APIs (Websockets, REST)

  • Experience with Apollo and GraphQL

  • Knowledge of cross section, time-series, and panel data

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English

DevOps Developer

Requirements

  • Linux

  • Ansible

  • Networking, VPN (Wire Guard) IPtables, Firewall

  • Docker

  • ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis

  • Prometheus

  • GitHub Actions (building pipelines with code quality checks)

  • Nginx

  • knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Continuous Deployment (CD) as well as Automatic deployments using AWS

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
